4. Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided by you, we will refund the cost of the items minus the original and return shipping costs once the package is received back at our warehouse.
  • We cannot reship orders to a corrected address without charging new shipping fees.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • packmanvape.co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after the carrier has marked the item as “Delivered.”
  • If you believe your package was lost in transit (not marked delivered), you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist you in this process; please contact us with your order number.
